IMPRINT AREA: (We recommend a maximum of 4 lines, with no more than 15 characters & spaces per line, for maximum legibility); 9" = 4.5" diameter; 11" = 4.75" diameter; 16" & 17" = 6"H or 6"W; 36" = 12"H or 15"W.
SCREEN CHARGE: $34 (Artwork kept on file for balance of year plus three additional years). No "setup" fee. For "QX" (overnight balloon imprinting), no screen charge for text-only imprints.
ARTWORK/LOGOS: Our Art Department operates with a Macintosh computer system. We evaluate the quality of artwork files according to the industry's SMART guidelines for artwork readiness. The maximum file size we can receive via e-mail is 10 mb. Multiple files and any vector files should be compressed. Use either STUFFIT or ZIP archives.
ELECTRONIC ART: The files must be line art/vector image in Adobe Illustrator CS 4 or below. Corel Draw & Freehand files must be exported (not copied and pasted) as Illustrator, AI, or EPS files.
APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED:
Adobe Illustrator CS 4 or below - vector art
Adobe PDF (for simple one-color artwork)
JPEG (high resolution images)
SHIP DATES: Most custom printed balloons on this page ship 5-7 business days after order placement. Allow one additional processing day for logo imprints. Multi-color prints require longer lead times.
PROOFS: $10.00 for paper or emailed proof. $15 for Virtual Proof (emailed image of your imprint superimposed on your balloon color choice).
